(June 7, 2019, 9:54 am)Great place to spend the day with your family. Just remembered to bring sunscreen and bug spray. Also watch out for Bee's, Snakes and all other wild life things. My kids love the boats you can rent and the fishing day passes. Not that expensive for the rentals and they let you use their life jackets. Lots of fun.
(June 4, 2019, 3:25 pm)Very nice park. Great place to walk. They have a 1.6 mile paved walking track around a very beautiful lake. Several bald eagles live near the lake, and you will see them flying over the lake once in a while. Clean restrooms and lots of covered picnic areas too.
(May 25, 2019, 8:15 am)Very beautiful. I took my son's here for prom pics and the scenery is beautiful. There are covered picnic tables so you could have a big gathering.
(March 31, 2019, 12:32 pm)A beautiful lake. A lovely place to read a book, take a hike and listen to constant gunfire. Perhaps the city could consider sound abatement measures to allow everyone to enjoy the facility. Just go before noon on Sunday. It was peaceful at that time.
