They were fast and friendly. We walked in and we were was about to change carriers. they worked with us and our budget and we left with new phones and are very happy.

I had a problem with my Optimum phone service. Bottom line I was not helped and given 3 phone numbers to call. I was with a friend and she suggested we go T-mobile. I was assisted by a friendly knowledgable young man named Joseph. He was ready with answers and suggestions. He was professional and personable. Problem solved and I have a new phone service provider.

Dylan who assisted me in getting a new plan and new phones was superb in his assistance as he talked about the pros and cons for each new type of phone and tablet as well as the break down of what was included in the overall price and the discounts included. I recommend him for anyone when it comes to being assisted at this T-Mobile store.

Came into the store to do a return and Joseph approached us and helped us with knowledge on how to do so. Very knowledgeable and friendly to talk to. Will definitely be back and asking for him for all future needs. Thank you Joseph!
