I LOVE 9round! It’s more than just a gym. The trainers make you feel like family! They provide knowledge and encouragement to help you achieve your fitness goals. I also really love that every time I go for a workout, I’m doing something different and working every part of my body. It’s awesome!
Quick and effective workouts, friendly staff, and they cater workouts around you when you're injured or not feeling well.
I was taken in for the day like I was one of their own even though I was visiting from KC on vacation. I was pushed hard by the trainer, even doing some extra pad work with him at the end. It was refreshing and exciting to get out of my comfort zone and challenge myself with different exercises than I do at my 9Round. The trainer was a great guy, very friendly and talkative.

The entire staff pushes me during my workouts. Within 5 weeks I have a noticeable difference in how my clothes fit and my endurance has increased while working out. I highly recommend 9 Rounds.
