SouthState Bank

I have had accounts at 3 different banks besides South State and they are BY FAR the best bank. They always greet you when you walk in and ask about your day. I had fraud on my debit card after using it at a gas station, and they cancelled it immediately and printed me a new debit card to use that same day. I love all of the ladies there. The drive thru sometimes has a line, but just like Chick fil A, they get you in and out and it’s always their pleasure.

I was sad when the Martha Rivers branch closed. BUT they moved those ladies over to New Hope and now you have all of them together at one location and it’s amazing. They seem like family there and it seems like they know all of their customers really well.

And the mobile banking app is the best because I still have an account at a credit union, and I can see all of my accounts and credit cards under the app at the same time.

The ATM goes down here and there at this location. But I don’t mind seeing the tellers for my deposits.

I have banked here for almost 2 years now! The customer service I receive here is UNMATCHED!! Everyone is ALWAYS friendly and very helpful. The branch is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Anyone looking for friendly reliable, knowledgeable services, should definitely bank here! I actually NEVER go to the ATM seeing that the indoor and drive thru service is impeccable! I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THIS BRANCH!!! 😊
