Fast, courteous service. Representative took information, gave a two hour arrival window, then called back to confirm a service person was on the way. After our toilets overflowed and backed up in tubs, Alex unclogged our drain. He clearly knew what he was doing. Very happy with his service! Thank you Alex!
Stan was awesome! He is a 5 star employee! Truly, my husband and I can't say enough about this wonderful technician. He was knowledgeable, polished, professional, courteous and efficient. Stan was able to diagnose and solve an issue we've been having for years, that no other plumber had properly identified or fixed. Every time we thought the issue was resolved, it returned and yet another plumber had to be contacted. By using Roto-Rooter we saved thousands of dollars and a lot of frustration. We finally have our problem solved!

We had a great experience ! We had an urgent sewer backup the night before we were leaving for a trip. RR came out within the hour and was able to snake the line to temporarily clear the line so it didn't back up into the house. Luke was here at 7am to camera and locate a collapsed pipe filled with tree root. They were immediately able to get a crew out here to excavate, locate & repair an issue that could have been disaster and Luke remained in constant contact to make sure all was going smooth. Courteous, thoughtful, FAST, thorough from the initial visit to the end. We definitely recommend Roto-Rooter in Charlotte.
Our tech was Adonis Martin, #2501, branch 023. He responded to our non-emergency request for help made yesterday and was here first thing in the morning to resolve our issue. He explained exactly what he was going to do, how long it would probably take, and did the job exceptionally well and on time. Prompt, courteous, and thorough in explaining and showing me the problem and how he was going to resolve. Would definitely call on Adonis for help if needed in the future.
