I have found our new DVM. I listened to the reviews and figured that many people could not be 'bought'. Friendly people, thorough exam, Dr Phillips took time discussing our options for a possible surgery and whether it needed to be done or not. She doesn't push tests, etc on you and their fees are SO FAIR & reasonable.
The hospital is simple, adequate and CLEAN. No animal smells here. We will be staying here til we leave Gaston Co. ❤

I WILL always always recommend this place over any other. I have had my baby girl for fourteen years. She has been to many vets in North Carolina since we moved here but we never found a fit until here. Not only did all of the staff gi so far above and beyond from appointment reminders to following up. I always will trust this place. Although i had to say goodbye to my sweet girl this evening I felt that everyone should know how amazing this place is. Dr Phillips helped my pup have a comfortable enjoyable last few months. Prices are beyond fair and reasonable. But the biggest reason I felt to get this out before I forgot is because on one of the hardest days the staff made it easier. Stuck in traffic jams and flood areas from a thunderstorm they stayed late to ensure my girl didnt suffer. They showed her love and care and were supportive. Ive always gotten honest feedback from everyone. This is the only place I will trust in the future.

This is the most fantastic veterinary hospital in our area! Dr. Phillips treats every pet like her own and sympathizes with every owner's concerns, like a truely great doctor should! Love this place!
