(March 13, 2019, 8:28 pm)This location is probably the best when compared to Belmont and Gastonia locations. I like white rice. So, I do expect the rice to be cooked correctly. Their shrimp sauce is not watered down like the Belmont location. Honestly, the quality of their food depends on the day of the week and who is working. It is frustrating. we have always enjoyed a quick meal from Sake Express! It has gotten to the point that I am asking who is cooking before I order. Also, I stopped eating here on slow days.
