(March 7, 2019, 5:12 pm)Closest hotel for guests to stay who are visiting this area. It is the preferred accommodation for anyone visiting Belmont Abbey College. The complaints regarding the bathrooms are due to the fact this hotel is several years old. It's relatively small but provides the same services that Hampton Inns of a larger size provide. The room selection is a bit limited. Oftentimes, the rates are high. There is not a view of anything. There is a Walmart nearby. A gas station is across the street. No sidewalks or infrastructure to support a stroll or biking. Be careful when entering and exiting the hotel driveway. Traffic is very heavy and often too fast for the area. This hotel has a nice little pool outside. Just be sure to ask staff when the best times are to use the pool. Lots of trees and the building actually shades the pool.

(October 15, 2018, 1:57 pm)I hosted out of town guests at this hotel for my wedding this past weekend. I also hosted my rehearsal dinner Friday night in one of their event spaces and a welcome reception for my out of town guests in their lobby. The night before the wedding I also spent the night in one of their rooms, and my bridal party got ready there the morning of the wedding. One guest had some issues with their room (being put into a single rather than a double for them and their child, and then getting transferred to a room that had not been properly cleaned) but the staff on duty went above and beyond to fix their issues. We had a great time at the rehearsal dinner and welcome reception and the event spaces were beautiful. Staff was absolutely wonderful to us throughout the weekend. They gave us early check ins and late check outs, and were available with everything we needed throughout the day.

(September 24, 2018, 6:59 am)Can not say enough good about thos place. Very friendly staff who went out of there way for us. Breakfast was very good. They gave my two kids colors and coloring pages. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms spacious and clean. Will be back! Great location to college!
