(March 26, 2019, 2:20 pm)I was with my friend helping him buying a good car and the sales consultant, Survilla, we had was a good person to have. She was nice and had a great attitude to work with. The atmosphere of the dealership was friendly. We had laughs and I'd buy a vehicle or two from this dealership. Unlike other dealerships, they care about the customers needs and not trying to make the biggest possible profit.

Greg Oates isn’t a salesman, he’s a problem solver! And he’s great at it.

A great team for sure. Their goal is to satisfy my needs. And that’s the mindset I want from “my” dealer. -

He took the time to explain all the options in the new Ford Explorer that I recently purchased and answered all questions. He was very knowledgeable about all features in the vehicle. He was super friendly and easy to do business with.
Keith Brown made the finance of the car quick and easy and adjustable to my work schedule. I would definitely recommend Keith Hawthorne Ford for you next vehicle purchase. -

There is nothing more you can ask for in a car dealership for both new & used vehicles. I purchased a used car from Nate H. at Keith Hawthorne Ford and it was the best car experience I have ever had whether used or new. The process was smooth, and I felt very reassured they stood by their cars. Loan approval took mere minutes & I left happy & satisfied! After a few weeks I had a very small issue/question and they told me to bring it right to them and they would take care of things. I then was in contact with Tatiana who was just as great and helped me out. They gave me a loaner and fixed the issue and now it’s all perfect!!! I will definitely be back for my next car!!! If you want a solid car buying experience without feeling taken advantage of (as some places do), please have a visit, you won’t be disappointed!!!! Thank you Nate & Tatiana & the Ford family!!! -

I went to a few dealerships and none were helpful or able to work with me on my trade in and purchase of a new truck. Chris was able to make it happen within my budget and was very pleasant to deal with!
