I am not sure why this location of Bank of America has low ratings. The traffic on the roads nearby are very busy and make it more difficult to turn into parking lot. Usually someone gives us enough room to turn in. Employees work very hard at this bank. This is a very heavy traffic location. But this bank has been here a very long time. So, most of us evolved with the traffic jam. They do their best! If everyone will have their IDs, deposit slips, paperwork, etc. ready it would help the lines move more quickly.
Wonderful bank filled with joyous people! Everyone here is so nice and friendly! Very easy to set an appointment with someone or quickly deposit cash.
