  AWESOME COMPANY, FANTASTIC EMPLOYEES!!!!!
  
  I called U-Pack in Charlotte, NC at 9pm at night wanting a cube for the following morning. This was an urgent situation. U-Pack was able to drop off the cube the following day! The cube was packed & picked up 2 days later and dropped off at my destination 2 days after that.
  The man that drove the truck to drop off the cube in NC, to the man that picked up the cube in RI, to the numerous customer service people and transit people I spoke with, well.....I can only say they were AWESOME!!!!!
  I never encountered a negative or rude attitude. These folks could not have been any nicer to me from the beginning to the end of my journey with them.
  There was no worry about theft as I put my own lock on the cube and it is never opened until it gets to the final destination.
  The cost was very inexpensive compared to any mover; and I didn't have the worries about dealing with "moving people"
  If you are thinking about moving, you need to call U-Pack! This company is customer friendly, inexpensive, and dependable.

  I moved from North Carolina to Texas using U-Pack, and everything was flawless. The unit arrived exactly when they said it would, and it fit perfectly into a single parking space. It stayed for 2.5 days while I packed it, and during those days it thunderstormed A LOT. My stuff was fine - no water got inside, and it sat just high enough off the ground to prevent any pooling of water at the bottom. It was picked up on time, delivered on time, and my stuff was exactly as I had left it (granted, I packed that thing TIGHT, and wrapped everything very carefully). Absolutely no complaints on any aspect of the service. FYI - I was moving from a 1-bedroom apartment, but I sold off most of my large furniture, and packed my car to the brim as well. I was *barely* able to fit everything I had left into a single unit, but I managed!

  This is the third time that I’ve used Upack for my move. Each time it has been a coast to coast move, and each time my items have arrived in pristine condition. Now part of that is the mover, but the majority of that is the way U-pack handles the pods.
  As a manager of a self storage facility, I have recommended U-pack time and again to tenants. I feel it’s much easier having someone drive your items, rather than driving them yourself and towing your car. I did the math, and it was much cheaper. I highly recommend them.

  U-Pack made our move easy! We relocated across the country and I pulled up the U-Pack website on my phone and was updated with status along the way - they had notifications for when the two units were picked up from the origin location, status updates at each distribution center stop along the way, and a notice when delivery was complete at the final destination facility. Scheduling delivery and pickup both at the origin and delivery facility was easy and the people who were working with us at each stage were professional and friendly. The only thing I would note is that more shifting occurred than I expected and some of our furniture got rubbed by other thing that we did not pack as tightly. Also, the cubes are extremely dirty/dusty, so be sure to cover anything that you don't want to get dirty.

  These folks are awesome. Very professional, very flexible, and have an excellent "customer-first" approach.
  
  The communication from the very beginning all the way to end was phenomenal. The pricing was very fair and did not change a single penny from the original estimate. Totally worth it. Highly recommended.
