(March 26, 2018, 9:18 pm)A previous review was critical of the loud noise here but my experience has been quite the opposite. It's so quiet and tranquil here which is what I love about the place. The surrounding area also looks nice and feels safe. I love how convenient it is to walk downtown and enjoy the shops restaurants and the park. There have not been any significant issues with maintenance or bugs either. The only downsides to living here would be the tiny pool and the lack of a fitness room. I still give it 5 stars though and would recommend Catawba Apartments to anyone.

(January 18, 2018, 6:35 pm)I love this community because it is one of the smaller communities in the area and it is just a few minutes walking distance to downtown Belmont so I can walk to all of the shops and restaurants!!
The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. What a perfect place to live :-)
