The doctor called American Health to make arrangements for a rollator walker with a seat and in less than 24 hours they called, verified my height, weight for proper assembly & offered delivery. We declined delivery and picked it up. The lady in the office there was extremely nice,stated insurance had taken care of the cost of the walker. The entire process took less than 5 minutes.
