What a pleasure Matthew and his team are to work with! My husband and I found a property we were interested in buying. Making this work would have meant selling our home quickly and pursuing the new home in a for sale by owner transaction, something we have no experience in. Because time was of the essence and the mental gymnastics of feeling our way through the process was overwhelming, we called on the Matthew Hanks Real Estate Team.
Not only did he invest the time walking us through the complicated process over the phone, he popped right on over to our house on a moment's notice to offer his best advice on how to proceed.
Mind you, we had not made any sort of agreement or arrangement to secure his services. We were convinced in order to make this deal happen, we would not be able to afford the assistance of a realtor. We have decided to stay where we are for the time being and because we had such expert advice from Matthew, we feel good about that decision.
