(August 2, 2018, 8:26 pm)We were visiting the Belmont/Gastonia area from Indiana and on the morning of our planned departure our car was making an awful grinding noise. I pulled into Loftin's randomly with no appointment and asked if he had time to put the car on the lift to see what we could see. Without blinking an eye, he had the car up on the lift and a few short minutes later the problem was solved and we were on our way with peace mind before hitting the interstate. If we lived in the area, Loftin's would be our new auto shop. Thank you SO much!!!

The price was right and I highly recommend this shop. It's also mom approved, she's the one who told me about this place. They've treated her right for years.

(June 9, 2018, 4:58 pm)Brittani Vanderschaegen , Being a very small business there are many circumstances daily that I have to shut the doors and leave during normal operating hours ! Just a few of those are test drives, picking up parts , deliver vehicles or take customers home, personal appointments or maybe just to use the restroom without intrusion! Sorry For the inconvenience. I will be removing the signs from the door so I don’t have to change it every time I leave .
