  My car broke down in Gastonia and between finding a tow truck and repair shop I also was going to need a rental. The young lady who helped me I think her name was Leah was fast a courteous and got me in a car faster than I thought would be possible and I got my deposit back within a week. I will definitely be renting again in the future.

  Great customer service. Always available to get a ride back and forth without a long wait. The car choices so far have been very nice. Newer models and nice to drive.

  Friendliest people and easy rental I have ever had. I didn't have to wait they were ready for me when I arrived to pick up and drop off. Made the experience so much easier. I would recommend this store over any other I have been to. Great job guys.

  I am appreciative of the service I have always received at Enterprise. I am always treated with respect and I am serviced in a timely manner. They always have the exact vehicle I requested, or they will make it right immediately. I've not had an extremely long wait or have I ever felt like I was being rushed out of the way for the next customer. They won't let me leave without an overview of my contract and an understanding of it and the operation of the vehicle.
  Gastonis Enterprise have my future business. I am appreciative.

  Although a busy location the team got customers in and out quickly and efficiently. No problem dropping off at airport for no charge. Did have to follow up with a phone call to get the reservation closed out but got a great vehicle with great service at a great price.
