Ken is absolutely great, he arrived promptly and went to straight to work getting our gas logs back up and running properly. Basically our pilot system was gunked up with dust and debris. He was barely here an hour and our logs were back and running great. He gave us some good directions on how to keep things working great from now on, basically leave the pilot light on ALL the time, and that will keep things running better. I will definitely use him again. Also found out our builder put one of the best gas logs in, which was nice to hear.

After 3 years of letting my fireplace sit idle, I decided I'd like to enjoy it again. Ken came out promptly after I was able to get an appointment. On the first visit he diagnosed a malfunctioning part and ordered a replacement. He, then came out again to replacement and repair the whole unit. At that time I shared that I'd ordered a new remote on my own. He offered to install it at no extra charge.
He was on time each visit, very courteous and neat. The lady I spoke to regarding parts and appointments ( Catherine) was helpful and courteous as well. Very professional. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!
