(January 24, 2019, 1:32 pm)Tony Woodlief has been our insurance agent for 2 years and has always been professional, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He always gives us the best rates (we have shopped him) and is friendly and honest. The one draw back to Farm Bureau is their statements are a bit confusing and their system is a bit old school. (I don't think there is a way of paying online) but it just gives us an excuse to call and talk with Tony- so we don't mind. :-)
