It is always great knowing there are still dealerships that are willing to help those from out of the area when an emergency happens with your vehicle. I greatly appreciate the help and service I received from Boyd Brothers Ford. They worked their service schedule out to fit in my repairs and had me back on the road within 24 hours. My thanks to the service department ladies for working my vehicle service in their busy schedule and for the good work done by the technician.

I had a problem with the A/C on my 2021 GMC Canyon. Turns out it was a very unique and difficult problem to diagnose which required getting engineers at General Motors involved. I was impressed with the communication from the service department and process the technician went through to solve my problem.

Made appointment to take my Fusion in for a recall on air bag replacement. Work was completed in a timely manner and I was contacted that it was ready. Appointment was honored and I was given receipt for warranty work done at no charge. Good experience

We took our 99 Ranger in for service. The brakes had been causing us problems for some time. Boyd Ford service was able to fix the issue the first time. There were a couple of other things. The ones that needed fixing were fixed the ones that didn't they told us.

It takes us about 40 minutes to get there but we won't go anywhere else now! Highly recommended.

We had talked for a while about getting a car for our youngest three children to share as they begin the process to becoming competent drivers. Justin in sales was great. He really listened to our needs, helping us find not only a safe car, but one that was in budget and would fit the needs of our new and upcoming teenage drivers. Edison in finance was also amazing. He patiently explained everything and made sure all the paperwork was done right. The team even stayed after closing and made sure we were taken care of.
