Total Smiles of Oxford

This was my first time at Total Smiles and all the staff treated me with respect. Anne was a gem, she was friendly, respectful, kind and knowledgeable about my issue. I recommend Total Smiles to anyone who needs a dentist. My cleaning was done in a timely without any problems.

I can not say enough about this office & their staff. Jazmen has a wonderful bedside manner and was so comforting during my visit! Kathy Is always a pleasure and keeps the mood light. Dr. Koren is always quick to accommodate and is so easy to work with. I am so grateful we have them here in Oxford. ❤️ The entire staff of including the front desk, is always friendly, professional and helpful.

Total Smiles of Oxford is absolutely awesome! I had my first visit there today. The staff was so friendly & helpful, they made me feel so comfortable. The hygienist is absolutely amazing!! She took the time to explain all my options, she was so patient,
knowledgeable and professional. The dentist is the best dentist ever! I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who wants a pleasant experience at a dentist office.

I haven't been to a dental office in over 15 years out of fear, and this office really got me out of my shell. Anne, and Cathy, and the whole staff including Dr. Koren are super nice, patient, and good at their jobs. I have had an easy month of long overdue repairs with them and the information and kindness has went a long way. I'd recommend them to anyone. If you're looking for a new office to go to, this is the place for sure.

This was our first time visiting Total Smiles, Oxford. Check-In was easy & pleasant. The dental hygienist was good with my 9 year old son who is a little nervous about the dentist. She explained everything & showed him all the tools etc. He was also able to pick out a movie to watch on Disney+ & sunglasses to wear during his cleaning. The dentist was courteous. I did have to ask questions to get more of an idea of what they were seeing and concerned about with my son’s teeth. I felt they could have given more of a summary/more info. No major problems to report, though! I would still take him back there for a cleaning.
