“I ordered my food online and arrived ten minutes later and my LOBSTER ROLL was smack your mama delicious and plan on going everyday for lunch. I went in between my lunch break and was back to my worksite in time. I truly LOVED the meaty lobster meat with the great seasoning added Maryland style. For this to be a new restaurant you are truly doing great also I have a disability, use a wheelchair,and the customer service was excellent I had to tell the employee I can get back in my car alone but she did not over step her boundaries and she stood close by until i got my wheelchair all the way in the car. I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant and also you guy bring firm on wearing a face covering. Keep rocking and rolling SEAFOOD on the GO....”

“My husband and I got some ice cream from here and it was so good! Tasted homemade. As soon as you walk in your greeted by friendly staff. It looked so nice and clean just well kept. Their customer service is amazing. We haven't tried their food yet but hopefully soon. I highly recommend it here you definitely won't regret it. Such a nice place in town to visit.”

“I've never had service like this from this place, even the food was just screwed over. If folks don't want to work than they shouldn't be hired to do so. I called corporate office thinking I was calling the manager here, either way they said they would take care of it. We'll see Update: After speaking to the main office they offered me 2 free meals to use at any cookout which I thought was very nice . So I decided to try the one in oxford again but this time with night shift, I was happy to see this crew was on the job & very pleased to see that the food was really good. Thank you & great job night crew keep up the good work.”

“Hey, you know what it is, it's Chinese food. Egg rolls, General Tso's, pork fried rice, etc. The food has always been just as good as I expected it to be, no problems there. I've been a few times now, and there always seems to be someone disappointed with the wait time. The workers usually say 15-20 minutes, but you should expect it to be more like 25-30 minutes, perhaps more for specific or larger orders. I have a very limited idea of what their kitchen process is like, but there's usually only two people working; one cooks solely, and the other takes and bags orders and occasionally assists the cook. Limited staff like this would lead me to expect some wait. I personally have had no real issues because I don't go here when I'm on a schedule. Perhaps the issue would be resolved with slightly improved communication with customers so that expectations are set appropriately. 🤷🏼♂️”

“I love this place! We discovered it when I worked nearby in Henderson. It quickly became a weekly thing. This, to me, was the best pizza (George's Special) I've ever had in 61 years and I've eaten pizza in Naples Italy. Also, if you like New England clam chowder, you will love George's. The clams were very tender. It's worth a trip from Raleigh!”

“The food was really good. You can eat outside. Didn't take long to arrive at the table. Our waiter was very nice. Due to Covid19 you will need to wear a mask inside until your food arrives at the table. The portions were large and everyone had a takeout home plate. Prices were great. So for a total of 6 people with drinks and meals ranging around $15 our total was less than $100 without the tip. I mean that was well worth it and I got a birthday treat. We eat here often for takeout. It was out first time dinning in on the patio area. We will be back. Great food and staff. Loved it!!!”

“Visited yesterday for lunch on their patio. Our sandwiches were fresh and delicious and reasonably priced. We got the turkey cranberry sandwich and the chicken salad croissant. Even the type of chips they sell are so great! Remember to tip the kind young women taking your order at the front. They come around and refill drinks and delivered our food to our table. It was a really lovely time!”

“🙏🏽 Thank you so much to Mrs. Gwen And her team. My family was just passing through and we don’t Normally eat out, but to go into a restaurant at almost 11 at night and it was clean(bathrooms were clean!!) . Every item was available(spicy and regular chicken sandwiches!!). Hot and fresh fries 🍟!! I had to give them their credit! Y’all can definitely feel safe to eat here I am writing this the next day and still feel great! Oh and try the strawberry 🍓 lemonade!! I’m going back just for that!! Everywhere has room for possible errors but take it easy on them I trust it was genuinely a mistake and they will fix it immediately! Thank y’all again!”

The pictures on the wall, some of which (if not all) were family photos. I loved it all. But I have to talk about what I was really there for. The food!! 1st, the service... My guy was so cute. I wanted to take him home as a new son. He was engaging and very helpful in making menu choices. I wanted to order it all. My food came out piping hot or perfectly chilled. The produce was fresh. Every single bite was SOOOOOO good. Items, that at other places I do not like, I loved here. There's just too much to say about how very good it all was and not enough words. Everything was so good. I ate too much and was stuffed long before my mouth was finished tasting. The prices were reasonable and the portions were more than generous. I have to add that I got a meal to go for my husband. All of the care and attention that was given to my meal as an eat in customer was given to the order to go. From the complimentary chips, salsa (so perfect) and queso to the ordered meal right down to the plastic ware. All I did was order the tamale plate. Everything was there just as if he was there in person. He said every bite was delicious (and he ate it ALL!) Honestly, there was absolutely nothing that needed improvement. We are not in Oklahoma City often, but when we are... We will definitely be eating at Chelino's. I've already told all of our family and they're planning on going, themselves.
