Seemed quiet and quaint

We have been living in this park for about 5 months the house needs a ton of work. But the park is amazing, I really love it. It is quiet, all of my neighbors are nice even the sound of children playing outside is welcome. I look forward to getting the mobile finished so it actually feels like home so we can start on the yard.
All the negative complaints against management hasn't been true for us. Yes they have rules but I believe they will work with you on time if you need it.
You can find parks with cheaper rent I agree, but you know the rent before you purchase you can buy someplace else.
We would recommend this park to everyone!

One of my daughters lives there. Clean, quiet, friendly neighbors, well managed.

It's very clean well-maintained. One of my very best friends lives there.the rest of the community there seems to be very friendly but not nosey. So overall I love it there.
