Absolute best primary care office I’ve ever been with. From the start when I called to make my first appointment I spoke with Tyler who was one of the most courteous front office people I’ve ever met, he took time and answered all my questions, even more when I came in for my visit he was the one who checked me and helped me realize I didn’t owe a copay with my insurance (my other office always charges me!) this guy deserves a raise! Then I got seen for my visit with Katy who was super nice and took time to answer all my medical questions and I didn’t real rushed or bullied into things I didn’t want to do like some other doctors I’ve gone too, she seemed to really care! I can’t say enough about this place, if anyone is looking for a new doctor this is the place to go!
I love this office more then any other doctor I go to or have ever gone to. You feel like family and you feel loved from the time you walk in the door with all the staff. Dr. O rocks! She always takes her time to talk to you about your concerns and will explain things to you in a way that you can understand. I am so glad I switched to this office and I recommend them to everything I know.
I am so pleased with Dr. Opalski and all the staff at Forest Oaks primary care!! Dr. O makes you feel so welcome and spent quality time with me. I am so happy to have her as my physician.
I don't normally post reviews, but my interaction with Tyler at this facility has been nothing short of amazing. We had several issues with bills and coding for my wife's recent visit. When I called, Tyler answered and masterfully handled a somewhat upset customer. He patiently listened and took immediate action to help me resolve what ultimately was two miscoding issues. He followed up with me multiple times, and has resolved the issue. Health care has become more complicated than it should be, and I have had my share of struggles dealing with health care workers, but this interaction has restored my optimism that there is hope on the horizon. Thank you Tyler for being a testament to your profession and for caring about more than a paycheck. It's evident you care about people. You rock!!
Dr. O is the best doctor I have ever been to. I will never go anywhere else.
