  I have been going to Dr. Arvind before he ever came to Bethany Medical . He is a very caring and loving Dr. who cares about his patients. My 5 star rating is for him *only*. I have always paid my bill with Bethany Medical for years and have always paid my co--pay upon visit. with no problems. I call to make an appointment with my Dr. and I am told I have a balance with collections that will have to be paid. They transfer me to the to speak with them. The last time I was at the Doctors was in Jan. of 2019 they are telling me that this bill was from 2018. Why did no one tell me this in Jan. 2019. They also stated they have sent out 8 bills as well. I have received bills for my husband but I have not yet seen a bill for me. The past year has been difficult for me and my husband and I have not been able to see Dr. Arvind since Jan. 2019. I have not been able to get my medications either. I paid 1/2 of my bill at this time and will have to wait another month to pay the other 1/2 before I can even get an appointment with my doctor. Now don't get me wrong I believe in paying your bills and I plan on making sure this is paid. My concern is wanting money before patient care. It makes me wonder how many other people are out there that can not see their Doctor because they owe a bill. I have been without my medications for 6 months now. (and I am having issues) How many others have been without theirs for this reason as well. I pray to the Good Lord above that this will change. People need care regardless if they have money or not. I am sorry if this offends anyone but I do think it's a little harsh. A persons care should come first.

  My husband just had a thorough cardiology check-up with Dr. Rosario. He was referred to Bethany from the VA Medical Center in Salisbury, only because they were unable to schedule an appointment for him for a couple of months. While we have been very pleased with his care at the VA facility, this was also a very positive experience. Appointments were scheduled in a timely manner and all recommended tests were performed as scheduled. Staff was professional and friendly and we were well pleased with the Bethany Medical Clinic. Thanks Wenonaha for a great final visit for test results.

  I am so glad I switched to this doctors office! My last physician would not listen to my symptoms and constantly wanted to give me anti-depressants to help with other issues besides depression (which I did not have). Dr. Duran finally listened to me and gave me the proper medication. I feel so much better! Now my whole family goes here and we have had great experiences every time.
