  This was the absolute worst visit that I have had with any of my doctors! First the front dest lady not only argued with me on the phone when I made the appointment about having a co-pay but she argued with me again at check-in telling me that I had a co-pay when I told her over and over that I do not have one, only for her to run my insurance again to tell me that I am correct and do not have a co-pay! Then the doctor comes in to talk to me and would not listen to anything about my pain. I have been going to a pain clinic since 2017 and I understand that I moved here from Colorado and your doctors want to start my meds back over from the beginning, but when I am telling them for MULTIPLE months that this regimen is NOT working then something should be done! Instead the doctor did not listen to anything I had to say and did not care anything about my pain or helping me! I got treated as if I'm drug seeking instead of getting real help with the pain I'm having. It was absolutely a waist of time and pointless. I will be seeking care elsewhere and I will be sure to leave as many bad reviews as I can for your clinic! They are horrible and should not be working as a pain clinic if they are not going to help their patients, we are there for a reason! The treatment at this pain clinic is why patients give up going to doctors for their pain and start seeking medications off the streets, I would never do that since I have a small child to take care of but I will be seeking assistance elsewhere!

  I am very grateful that Dr. Patel has joined Bethany Medical Center. I have had the pleasure of being under her care and seen by her 3 times so far. She's real, down to earth and knows what she's doing. I appreciate her youthful medical experience and so very glad that she's here in the triad with us. Due to myself having multiple foot problems, she was a long time coming and I already had been within the Bethany Medical Family. Her staff is loyal and always ready to support her. I was seen today and her nurse Savannah & P.N. Linda went over and beyond routine procedures to comfort me, making sure I was well taken care of. Explanations were very thorough & I actually enjoyed my visit today. Thank Doctor Patel for your team of elite young ladies.
