We are so impressed with Mattress Firm! At first we felt overwhelmed beginning our mattress shopping experience, but Hayden, our sales associate, did a wonderful job of walking us through the process and helping us successfully select multiple mattresses for our new home. Hayden went above and beyond, spending time to really get to know us and learn about our personal quirks to ensure our mattresses would be the perfect fit. She never made us feel rushed or pressured into a sale. We are so happy with our selections!

Hayden was most helpful with our mattress purchase at The Orchard location. She was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time with us to make sure we purchased exactly what we wanted! We were impressed with her thoroughness!

We had an exceptional experience with Kyle at Mattress Firm. He knew exactly what mattresses to show us and the whole process was much faster than I anticipated. We knew we were getting the best price since there is a 4 month price adjustment period if it ever goes on sale, so no negotiating was involved. We were in and out in probably 30 minutes max. Our new mattress arrived today and we are so excited to sleep tonight!

The sales staff was very attentive and new their products and which ones to offer based upon what we needed. We needed a new mattress for our toddler that is transitioning to a larger bed. They had a great recommendations and made sure to ask us what are price range was and were able to offer us great choices.
