So I was contacted by Sarah who was interested in purchasing our family home. After scheduling a time to meet, Jeremy was able to make time to view the property and from there everything got moving. I moved from the north to the south and my 1st experience was horrific dealing with a cheap and non responsive landlord who wanted my family to live in substandard conditions. I was almost happy when that property was hit by a tornado on April 15, 2017. The old realty company expected my family to live in a home that was no longer structurally safe and pay rent. I take care of a large family inclusive of my 84 year old father and 7 grandchildren so I know we can be a bit much at times, but when I called for any problem, I got a timely response and prompt action. Always professional served with southern hospitality. I count this experience as one of my blessings because I stayed at not one of their properties, but two while I got my credit together and ultimately purchased my own property. I would recommend Mr. Jeremy and his business and work ethics anytime. You can’t go wrong when you’re treated so right! Thank you for turning a bad situation into an opportunity for my family. At least that is how I see it!
