  My experience with Rachel was due to my need for accountability. As a woman who is beginning her clinical mental health counseling career in my fifties, I knew myself well enough to know that I needed accountability and someone who was up on the latest strategies for a job search. Rachel was concise, punctual, calming, knowledgeable and the perfect accountability partner. Within two weeks, I had a cover letter and resume ready for presentation. I have already applied for professorships in three different university departments. Thanks, Rachel!

  Rachel Crawford is is an extraordinary career coach with a genuine desire to help her clients. She provides a structured job searching process that helps her clients to focus on the actions they need to take. Each session with Rachel was topic focused and provided me with the feedback and encouragement needed to progress in my job search process. I would recommend her to any professional seeking a coach.

  I just moved to the Greensboro area two months ago and was having a hard time trying to assimilate and find a job in this area. I googled "Life Coaching", because I have done coaching before with great results, and found Envision Today with Rachel Crawford. I thought her website was a wealth of great information and felt compelled to reach out to her. I called and left a message and, within the hour, she called me right back! She was warm and friendly and very interested in helping me on my job and life quest. I met with her to go over my resume and cover letter and also to narrow down my interests so I could be more focused within my search. Her information was relevant and helpful and I have had success getting interviews. I feel like her style of coaching is very relatable and welcoming and her information was exactly what I needed. I recommend Rachel to anyone who needs any type of help in the direction that they are going (and even those who don't) because she has the ability to get you back on track with the tools you need for success.   Is a breath of fresh air. From the very first visit we could see that Rachael had connected with our daughter.
  Our daughter started working with Rachel to find out what career she really wanted to focus on.
  Rachel discussed real life with her figuring out what her passions are and budgeting.
  We are so happy that our daughter wanted to meet with Rachel but then to see her wanting to go back again & again!

  We are so glad my son has found Rachel, with Envision Today - Life Coaching, to help him address the struggles of searching for a job fresh out of college. She is already helping him grow with new ideas, leads, and innovative methods to assist him in his quest.
