(November 13, 2018, 8:51 pm)My dad is moving in this week from another assisted living facility. On his tour he seems to love it here. The manager has made this transfer way smoother than I thought it could be. Every time I go by to see her, she drops everything to address my question and always has a good answer. The employees treet the residents like family and that's special for us. Appears very clean. I asked random residents how they like it there. ALL said they love it. I guess the truth is in the pudding.

(April 29, 2014, 12:37 pm)My mother has been a resident at St. Gales Manor in Greensboro, NC for nearly 6 years. She has been happy living there for nearly 6 years. I am very satisfied with the care she receives there. Everything from church availability, to restaurant and social functions, and grooming services all included with the care they give that is not required.
There are no perfect businesses because there are no perfect people, but the staff is courteous and the owners' seem to promptly respond to any issues. In my opinion service is the ultimate in life. St. Gales provides that in a caring, courteous and professional manner.
