I just stopped by for gas today and received the best service I can remember from retail store.
Great place to have your vehicle taken care of. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced even got me a ride home when my car needed to be there for a while, thanks again.
On our way to our brand new condo. Literally just picked up the keys. When going down that little on ramp to merge on to Lawndale my tire rod snapped out of no where! Ended up completely screwing up the front right tire. We called Allen Exxon & Wrecker Serivce. They got to us superhero fast; and the tow driver Phillip was extremely kind to us.
He even took a minute to make sure that WE were okay. He got everything taken care of in record time.
The women who processed everything for us (I hate I can not remember her name) not only had great customer service, but was also incredibly personal. Even just over the phone! The price for the tow was not unreasonable at all and I would highly recommend these guy and gals to any of my friends/family.
