  Today I went in to transfer to a smaller unit. Cece had been working with me all week and I told her my circumstances and she really helped me . I couldn’t afford the rent for the unit I had . She showed me how to reorganize and get rid of things I didn’t need to fit a smaller unit and save me half of what I was paying.
  Her and Julie her co worker really was helpful and kind.
  They made sure my needs were taken care of and made sure I understood the process. Cece and Julie walked me through step by step answering all my question. Even set me up for auto pay so I don’t have to travel out, due to my health.
  Thank You PUBLIC STORAGE for awesome employees...

  I came here to buy some boxes, the property manager Cece was there. She greeted me and talked to me like a human being! With the pandemic going around not many people want to talk to anyone. She was caring and took time to listen to me, it really made my day! I would recommend anyone that needs packing things or a storage unit to go see Cece. Thank you so much Cece.

  I have never stored before today. I must say my experience at the Cone location was AWESOME.
  The lady Julie was very helpful to me and she answered all my questions. She showed me where my space was and made sure I was ok with everything before allowing me to leave the facility.

  After being referred by Julie an employee. I must say the customer service Cece provided to me , was exceptional. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable . She guided me through the process and made me feel comfortable about storing.
