Very satisfied. We ordered a softside waterbed which feels and sleeps even better than a "Purple" for people who have back and hip and shoulder pain. We wanted this because we tried several different mattresses and the more plush top they are, the more the mattress sags. Purples aren't any good if you are over 200lbs. Softside beds are lighter and fit on a standard bed frame and box springs, and don't have waves or need a heater. But they do contour your body excellently and relieve pain.
You have to order one nowadays, and Darrin our salesman was extremely helpful. He matched internet prices, delivered everything, and stayed in contact when the manufacturer missed the truck to keep us informed. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, good price. Compared to other mattress stores it's unbeatable! Thanks Al's!
