Seamless mattress delivery experience. While I was not able to pick a delivery window, I was told the date and 2hr window in advance. I also received a call when the driver was 10 minutes away. Mattress was in perfect condition and delivery personnel were friendly.

This is a great company. The employees were so nice when they delivered my furniture, especially Anthony.

Chris called me regarding the logistics for delivery of my NordicTrack. He was professional and thorough. I had many questions and he patiently answered them all. Chris clearly explained how my item would be delivered and what to expect. His service is certainly a reflection on my overall, positive experience ordering from Nordic Track. On delivery day, the team who delivered my NordicTrack called me 30 minutes prior to arrival to ensure I was available, arrived 15 minutes prior to the two hour window, and efficiently placed my package in the garage as requested. It was no more than 10 minutes for the entire process.

Not sure where the awful reviews are coming from, but I had a wonderful experience with southern transfer. My Nordictrack item was shipped to them and they were the last leg of delivery to my home. I did have to leave voicemails when I called, but someone always called me back the same day with answers to any of my questions. They received my shipment on Saturday, called me Monday to set up delivery, and delivered my item Thursday morning. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived within their scheduled time frame. All people I had contact with through this company were nice and professional.
