(February 5, 2020, 7:53 am)My first time here and he made me a work out that was perfect included work on ever body part. Then at the end he trained me for boxing. Was completely satisfied. Going back every week five days a week. Fun and uplifting environment too

The gym concentrates on strength and conditioning, and mixed martial arts training with some of the best MMA fighters around. I have lost 70lbs training with Me'shack Adams and am in the best shape that I have ever been in!
