(November 6, 2023, 11:44 am)I found them after going to 2 different stops at a competitor that couldn’t help me. I have to do drug testing for my nursing license and it’s MANDATORY day of! The staff at Concentra was SO KIND. I talked to Candace to make sure they could get me in (it was an hour before closing) and I was crying … haha. She didn’t miss a beat, said “we got you” and even told me to drive safe. I will be back when I need to do this again!

(November 6, 2023, 11:33 am)The people at Concentra in Greensboro, NC are great. They are terribly busy with employer medical testing but still show a friendly and helpful attitude! Michelle and Dr. Lee were great!

(October 30, 2023, 12:51 pm)The staffing was OK. Need to work on being greater making the patients feel Appreciated. In their tone of voice could make them feel more comfortable.
