(July 27, 2023, 4:24 pm)Me and my daughter went to EyeMart on Wendover on yesterday. We assumed that they closed at 8 pm. We got there at 7:05 pm. They doors were locked. A really nice lady motioned telling me they were closed and she was sorry. I turned and told my daughter they are closed. I went back to the car and decided to go to the other door where the manager Lisa was. I knocked at the door. Lisa came to the door with a smile on her face. I told her me and my daughter was just there to pick up our glasses. She said sure come in. I am so thankful for her. Lisa did not have to let us in but she did. She gave us our glasses. We had driven from Reidsville. Thank you Lisa for great customer service. You are a perfect example of how customers want to be treated!
(June 24, 2023, 1:54 pm)The day that my wife went they were very busy but took people in the order they came in and got us in and out with no problems. My wife got a text within 30 mins to pick up one pair of her glasses. Very good service and friendly staff!
(June 20, 2023, 11:38 am)This location stays busy pretty much all day and with such few staff they still have great customer service. Ashley helped me and my son and she’s so nice and knowledgeable! Ashley made this a really great experience. I think a number system would help with the customer service aspect though. People are all over the store needing help and it’s not fair to staff to have to remember who’s next.
(June 14, 2023, 11:22 am)I never had such a fast turn around from picking out a frame and submitting an order to getting a text in 15 minutes that my glasses were ready for pickup. Wonderful and the eyeglasses are perfect. We are very pleased. I was visiting with my 92 years old mother and the process went very well for her. I am feeling very happy that the wait time and process went smoothly and fast for her. She's satisfied with the staff and the quality of her glasses. Great day at eyemart.
(May 12, 2023, 11:55 am)This store has always been busy whenever I go. I guess that means happy customers! Two of my kids needed new glasses and even though we had to wait a little while, (30 - 45 min) I didn’t mind because we were greeted and received great service. We picked up the glasses the next day. My kids were super excited about their new frames and the fit. They were also glad that they could get them adjusted anytime if needed.
