  Jack Bailey will be a name remembered in our home for a lifetime. My Wife and I were 1st time buyers. Rates were rising but thankfully market was starting to cool. Jack sold and purchased a home for my parents and they highly recommended Jack to us. After looking at multiple homes and getting bombarded with realtors, we called Jack. Jack quickly rolled up of sleeves, helped us come up with a plan and the plan unfolded just as he thought. Jack helped make my families dreams come true. Jack has been in this business for awhile.   John Hinnant provided excellent customer service and attention to details. He made us feel like we were his top priority. Best of all, he saved us money on realtor fees.

  Jack was great through the entire process of selling our home. We had a specific time frame to sell and close since we were building a new house and it worked out perfectly thanks to Jack. His knowledge of the market and years of experience really shows and he saved us a lot of time and money by walking through and telling us what to repair and what not to repair. Cheryl in the office was great with all our paperwork, they are very organized and we had no problems whatsoever on our end through the listing and closing process due to Help U Sell. If you need a realtor definitely give them a call.

  I recently sold property with Help U-Sell. Jack has been wonderful to work with. My property was land for development. There were several bumps in the road in dealing with the developer, and Jack was able to handle any problems that came up. He will stick with it until your sale goes through and is a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use him again. I saved over $30,000 in commissions by using Help-U-Sell and am very impressed with how hard Jack will work for you to close the sale. I will definitely use them again in the future.
