The service at Triad Phone Repair was exceptional. There was no appointment needed and the gentleman replaced an iPhone battery right in front of me while I waited. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Not only do they replace batteries but they fix all things having to do with phones, laptops, iPads, etc. I highly recommend and will be back again. This was a much better experience than one where I had another battery replaced at Best Buy.

These guys a very customer focused and skilled. They took care of my cracked phone screen within an hour. If they do t have the part, they will get it. I'd recommend if you want a smooth experience and great customer service.
