5 GOLD STARS, best realtors ever!! We were first time home buyers new to North Carolina. We met with Patrick and Charlotte off of a recommendation and discussed what our ideas and interests were. They were very honest about the availability in the market. Settling on the specifics of what we wanted, they went to work immediately. As first time buyers we were nervous, anxious, and didn't want to get skimped out on a deal or end up overpaying; but Patrick and Charlotte quite literally took us under their wing. They made the entire process a breeze, by not pressing assumptions or ideas upon us while still explaining all the real estate terminology in layman's terms. We saw a handful of properties and discussed our concerns after each one. Patrick and Charlotte really want to help you get a good deal and they stick themselves out there for it! They also know a lot of contractors for much of the repairs, inspections, and installations we were looking to do as well as a great mortgage broker! Patrick and Charlotte helped my wife and I sell our house and purchase a new one. I highly recommend them if you are in the market to purchase or sell your home. When looking at houses they pointed out issues we didn't see. They will take their time with you. When you purchase your home you will feel confident that you have made the right decision.
