I've lived here for 5 years now and have always loved where I live! The finishes in my home are gorgeous, the grounds are clean and well kept, and the maintenance team has always been prompt and courteous! Being right next to the trail yields great sunset views and a nice walking path. I couldn't be happier with my decision to make Las Flores Apartments my home.

We were looking for an apartment and my wife told me to call Las flores apertment homes. It was 4:55 PM when we called (they close at 5)but they still gladly accepted it to show the apartment to us. We love the apartment and Sharmil was kind and professional enough to Start our application process immediately. She was very helpful and Thorough even though the office was already closed. She helped us with every step in the application until we were approved. I would highly recommend this place and working with Sharmil.

We have lived here since 2017, so almost five years. We have always been treated with respect and courtesy. This is the most comfortable rental I have ever experienced on par with our corporate facilities in the UK. Maintenance is continuous, and the facilities are always clean. The staff is professional and well managed. Maintenance response from the front office is limited by their hours of operation, but the on-line app works well.
