Legacy At Twin Oaks

Maintenance team and management team are amazing. Landscaping and grounds are always kept up to par. The community is not a new luxury community, but they take care of the buildings and things that need fixing as they come. 3 years here and no major problems or concerns. During the summer the pool gets a little rowdy due to neighboring kids and visitors would be the major con I could think of.

A great place to call "home" ! The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. Since I have lived here I have always felt extremely safe, and welcomed. The apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood with parks and trails nearby. There’s also a plethora of dinning/shopping options very close by as well. By far this rental experience in terms of dollar value has exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend you making this your next apartment home.

We really enjoyed our time here. The pros far outweigh the cons. Some of the things I really enjoyed about this property is the always professional leasing staff, the common areas were always kept clean and I just loved our floor plan to our apartment. We resided on the 3rd floor and did not have any issues with outside noise, although I'm sure our downstairs neighbors took in a bit of noise occasionally from our wild toddler. My biggest complaint is that several tenants in our building would smoke in the breezeways or steps and the smoke smell would travel into our apartment. I wished all tenants would be more considerate of families. We had a newborn and we had to spend several days in our bedroom as the living room was filled of smoke. I do wish the staff was a little more proactive in cracking down on that. But all in all, I highly recommend this property.

Have lived here for the pass 8 months and it is wonderful. The office staff are very nice and respectful. Maintenance is right on top of everything. I had a few minor issues and ever time I needed something fix they are here fixing the problem right the first time and very professional. The gym is great the pool is exceptional, the neighbors are great everyone gets along and shows respect toward one another. If I wasn't trying to buy a house I definitely would stay again and renew my lease. The price is a bit high but you definitely get what you pay for a real apartment complex with a great home feeling to it.
