Phoenix Academy Elementary

Phoenix Academy is the best in Guilford county ! The staff is truly amazing ! Academics / Athletics / clubs honestly students who attend here are truly lucky they get all those under one roof ! If someone needs to get an experience like private education this is the one !

My daughter was very unhappy and did not want to go to school when we had her in our local school district at the beginning of the year. It was becoming worse and worse as time went on, and her love for learning was just gone. I am sure the virtual school, for the past year and a half, had a significant impact on her and her outlook on school. However, after the beginning of the school year we were lucky enough to get a slot at Phoenix. Our daughter's love for school and learning has not only returned but it has expanded exponentially. She absolutely loves Pheonix and her teacher. We as parents have had nothing but great experiences when we have had to deal with teachers and other school staff members. This school is leaps and bounds above schools in the local school district. We highly recommend Phoenix, we couldn't be happier with them.

I have had children at Phoenix Academy for 7 year. I currently have a 6th grader and 3rd grader. My kids love their school. They have had wonderful teachers and are challenged academically. My oldest has participated in school athletics and both have participated in clubs. I am pleased with the extracaricular activities provided by the school and am happy to see more growth/choices every year. I am active and involved. I feel parents as well as staff have the responsibility of making a school great.

We have been at Phoenix Academy Elementary going on 4 years now (grades 2nd, 3rd and currently 4th) and absolutely LOVE it! The school in our district where my daughter attended pre-K through 1st grade, was majorly lacking in class room structure, organization, administration accountability, and safety measures, even simple common sense ones which is why we left once we learned about Phoenix.
Phoenix Academy has been SUCH a blessing to our family!! I honestly can not say enough good about it! :) The structure and organization of how they run things is fantastic! Down to the car line! Safety is top priority here and it shows and that is of the utmost importance to me as a parent! I have complete peace of mind sending her to school knowing she is and will be kept safe. This is something I did NOT have at her old school and I can not express enough how grateful I am that we found out about Phoenix for this aspect alone! I also have a lot of faith in the administration here and much respect for them. They are always very informative and do their best at catching any issues and alerting the parents. I've not met 1 staff member that was not friendly and caring! The teachers that we have had, have all been nothing short of Awesome in every way! Great with communication and attentive to any issues or needs. My daughter has excelled here emotionally, socially, as well as academically! The only thing bad I can honestly say, is that currently, they are only a prek-8 school and I'm sad about this in advance lol! I am sincerely praying this changes by the end of my daughter's middle school years so she can continue her education at this wonderful school!
