Imperial Koi Asian Bistro & Sushi Bar

It'd be easy to miss Imperial Koi. It's located on the backside of the building, above Melt, which is much more visible. I'm really glad to have found Imperial Koi as it sets itself apart in ambience from other Asian restaurants. I'm not attaching pictures, but check out the ones posted by other reviewers. The restaurant has a cool, elegant feel as soon as you step in. The second story affords lovely, open views. It's easy to wind down quickly here. In the restaurant or bar, atmosphere leads the experience dining at Imperial Koi. The food is consistently good. I'm anxious to try the special "after work" appetizer special from 5 to 9 Sundays thru Thursday. Check out the website for updates, but I believe you get 1 appetizer for $5, 3 for $12. Great for happy hour or light dinner. Up to now, I've saved this restaurant for more "special" occasions but that will be expanded now to more frequent end of work day visits. Cheers!
