Everything moved along like clockwork - very little waiting. I've used Dr. Gates for years, and she always has time to talk about whatever I need to mention - she never is rushed. She is the greatest.
The wait time was very short and the facilities and staff were excellent. As always, both Dr. Donna Gates and her nurse, Mary Catherine were thorough, and took the time to discuss my wellness overview and answer all of my questions. Great job!

Dr. Gates is a superb physician. She listens very carefully to what I have to say about my medical issue or issues. Asks very good questions to clarify and probe. I find her superbly knowledgeable, thoughtful, confident, and caring. Dr. Gates is Board Certified -- yet she comes across in a low key, thoroughly professional way. I am completely satisfied with her abilities as a physician and as someone who communicates in ways that are very easy to understand. I trust her 100%.

Went in for a blood pressure check. Was surprised there was a co-pay because I thought I would just see the nurse and she would report to Dr. Gates. But to my delight I saw Dr. Gates and we discussed my overall health. It was worth the co-pay to have her input and recommendations. She has been my PCP for over 25 years and I recommend her highly for her professionalism, dedication to detail and personal manner.
