Eddie was professional and I appreciated tye use of a drine to get pictures of the damage. A few hiccups with the contractor who did the work but Eddie returned my calls and took care of my issue.

We dealt with Xavier, and he was very professional as well as caring about what was best for us, he was responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The team of workers were hard working and took great care of our property. We love our new roof, and would definitely recommend Big Bear Roofing of Greensboro NC!

Eddie was my go-to person for this project. We had a tornado that brought in wind, hail, and tree damage. When my insurance company wanted to just pay for a patch for a small repair, Big Bear came back out to meet with a second insurance adjuster to point out the major hail damage on the roof. Because of their thorough examination and expertise with working with insurance companies, we ended up getting a whole new roof. They even worked with the electrician who fixed the power pole attached to the roof so it could all be done in one day. I am a Realtor, and I am used to dealing with all kinds of contractors. I've never worked with anyone as patient and reliable as Eddie and Big Bear Roofing!! As soon as the claim was approved he set the date for installation of a new roof and stuck to it. There were no delays, excuses, extra charges or surprises. They were careful not to drop nails and shingles from the old roof into my yard and driveway, which is a major problem with OTHER companies. Time after time I have had clients call me about roofing nails LEFT BEHIND BY OTHER COMPANIES causing flat tires after they have bought a house. I was actually expecting to get a flat tire or two, and I'm happy to say we have not. Thank you Eddie and Big Bear roofing for completing this job and surpassing my expectations. I have already referred you to a friend for their new roof and I will continue to refer you to clients for their needs.

This is their GREENSBORO OFFICE: I love the fact that they were able to use a drone to survey my roof!! I found out that our roof had been effected by the hail storm on May 5th, 2021. Big Bear was very helpful through the whole experience. Rep. Eddie Moreno was super and he made the whole process with our insurance company work quickly & easily. Eddie walked us through the selections of shingle types to get the best value. The roofing crew did a great job. They were fast, efficient, and cleaned up around our house nicely afterwards. I would highly recommend and will go back to them if I need another roof shingled. (The pictures are before and during). Thanks so much for making something that could've been a mess into a simple process and reduced our stress!!! I cannot say thanks enough!!

Used this company to replace the roof on my house. They actually did me a major favor by showing me the trouble areas of my old roof from wind and hail damage. The entire process Eddie and Tommy made sure all of our concerns were addressed. They use the all of the energy star rated materials and the also communicated very well with my insurance company making the process very easy. I would recommend this company to anyone! Great group of guys.
