The guys arrived when they said in 15 minutes a little less actually. They knocked, entered upon welcoming, and introduced themselves accordingly. They had a hand held device with instructions and they did a quick walk through and was advised all items were removed from every area they were expected to clean. They then gathered all tools and equipment and began working. It literally took them 1 hour and 15 minutes to clean, pack up and take my form of payment and they were gone. When I say I am so far happy the whole house smells great and ready for the holidays as soon as I put everything back in its respective spot. I look forward to checking in and watching progress. This is the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever hired! Excellent professional communication from the office staff. Carpet cleaning crew arrived on time, were courteous and careful with furnishings, and removed spots that other companies said couldn’t be removed. Hernandez is now my “go to” for cleaning!

I cannot say enough good things about the professionals from Hernandez Carpet Cleaners. They were prompt (actually earlier than anticipated) friendly and professional. We had not had our beige carpets cleaned in over 3 years & had some very heavy traffic areas in the living room. We were flabbergasted at how well it turned out. We also had some fond remnants of blue fingerprint designed by our great niece on the beige carpet in another room, which surprisingly also disappeared. .
They cleaned the upholstery on my husband's recliner & it looks brand new.
Their calls/texts beforehand & follow up afterwards are the mark of
the ultimate in good customer service. I don't say that lightly as I worked in customer service for 20 years & I know excellent customer service such as this is hard to find.

I'm moving to my new home tomorrow. So I set up steam cleaning appt. Nava and Oswylo did such a wonderful job. My carpet had lots of steins and it was in bad condition. It looks so clean now.
