Waterford Place

It’s such a quiet community. I love the fact that we have access to the lake. The fall is the best time of the year because we get to see all of the fall foliage!!

The staff has always been very pleasant, and I absolutely love the spacious apartments.

I went to tour and was greeted by Waterford Place's friendly staff. They truly cared about what I was looking for and knowledgeable about the area. I love that it is so close to parks and a lake.
They mentioned that they host resident events which is great because I am looking for a sense of community.
The inside of the apartments are spacious and include a sunroom! I can't wait to make Waterford Place my new home :)

Extremely pleased with my move in to Waterford Apts! Shout out to the office and maintenance staff on assisting with all my questions and concerns! Ran into several hiccups with my moving company and Taylor in the office was super helpful to make sure things were covered smoothly. Maintenance has been super quick to respond to my needs, even a frozen AC unit after hours. Highly recommend❣️

My family and I have loved living here! The staff is friendly and attentive to needs. The maintenance crew has been great about taking care of requests in a timely manner. The grounds are meticulously cared for and they are always looking to improve. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment community.

Update: After being here 3+ years there are still some good things. However, the dishwasher in our apartment broke more than 2 years ago. They said it would take more than 2 months for the part to arrive so they would put in a temporary older model dishwasher in the meantime. Well, we still have the old dishwasher after requesting the original many times. Not only is this one older with less capacity, but it barely works.
Update 7/23: After speaking to management again we finally received a new dishwasher! They said they hadn’t realized how poorly the “meantime “ one had been performing.
