Triad Goodwill Store & Donation Center

Tonight I went to this store and before I went I called and there was a smile coming through the phone that made me feel so great and welcomed .

I decided to go ahead and make my visit to look for my item that I was indeed was looking for right away

I went in and 5 minutes in store I found what I was looking for plus other items and was very happy to see the positive words on the walls , the positive attitudes of the people that work there the cleanliness of the store and just overall prices were good for the quality on both new and used items.

I have stopped at this store before but I have never seen it and this clean condition to where it has so many selections and such nicely done as far as presentation to make you want to buy more .

I actually asked for the person who answered the phone

I had to give them credit for their smile that came to the phone when I called and come to find out it was the manager of the store Ericka.

I told her what a good job everything was great and I had such a pleasant shopping experience and I will be back

This location has really done a great job tonight making me feel very welcomed and everything in its place for me to shop for what I was looking for

Usually it's great. Today was a one-off… they got our order wrong, and the dining room is once again closed…Parking lot could use some TLC 😕

Staff is friendly and they always got some good stuff in there.
