Returned an item I had purchased at the Hickory, NC store with no issues. Young lady who assisted me was very courteous and efficient. Store was organized and clean. Nice brands and decent prices, too!

I arrived around 8:50pm on Friday evening to get my kid some cheer shoes for his performance that was the next day. He had to perform at GHOE parade. And Yes, I’m a procrastinator lol.

While walking, a staff member overheard my son and I talking about cheer shoes and pointed us in the right direction, which was great. There were 3 options really. I found the ones he wanted in a size that he could fit. I wanted to go a size up but there was only 1 box and it had mix-matched shoes.

Around 9:15pm, we went to check out. None of the registers were open. The only checkout option was customer service and there was one person there. While browsing, I did see several staff members. We waited in line about 5 minutes. Kiya was the person who checked us out. I liked how you have the option to email and print a receipt versus just print because I will lose a receipt lol.
