My first class was a Foundations class where the instructor really broke down how to do the exercises and made me feel comfortable. I immediately start with a 8 pack and never looked back. Every instructor I’ve had since my first class has been super helpful and consistently makes the smallest adjustment so I get my best workout in. Highly recommend PBG!”

The doctor, Kristin, probably had the best pediatric bedside manner I have EVER experienced...and I have 4 kids. And our appointment was late in the day but you couldn't tell. Everyone was just as happy and amicable as if it were there first appointment of the day. They didn't rush us at all and answered all my questions. Will definitely be making this my family's go-to urgent care from now on.”

Thomas and his company were recommended to me by the owner of the Bed and Breakfast where we were staying. What a great recommendation! Thomas helped me with everything and even had back-up plans in case the weather did not cooperate. Not only that, he called me after everything had been set up to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the set up.
